Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for expanding and promoting the launch of external funding partners (e.g financial institution), as well as subsequent maintenance and management, to meet the funding needs required for business growth.
- Manage and maintain due diligence data on partners and establish and improve business reports at all levels for funding parties.
- Continuously optimize the cooperation model, business terms and docking process of financial parties.
- Deepen the cooperative relationship with investors, seek in-depth cooperation models and innovative cooperation methods, etc.
- Gain in-depth insight into market conditions, understand industry trends and competitor information, to better respond to market changes.
- Work closely with the compliance and internal audit departments to ensure the compliance of institutional fund cooperation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Business, Finance, Management or any related major.
- Proven work experience min. 6 years in Financial Institution Relationship Management, Business Development, or similar experience within Fintech industry.
- Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
- Extensive knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- Have an excellence communication and negotiation skill.
- Have excellent team organization and management skills, emphasize the cultivation and guidance of team members.
- Capable of conducting inter-departmental coordination based on business needs and facilitating cross-departmental work objective achievement.
