Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Personal, Family & Professional Support:
Support daily activities of Jess No Limit (public figure) and his wife, Sisca Kohl, ensuring personal, professional, and family needs are fully met.
- Schedule Management:
Efficiently organize daily and weekly schedules ensuring seamless coordination and effective time management.
- Video & Content Preparation:
Support preparations for video shoots or other content-related activities.
- Household Administration & Payments:
Manage household administrative tasks. Handle document management, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Vendor & Service Coordination:
Communicate and coordinate with service providers.
- Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
Proactively handle miscellaneous tasks as needed and any unforeseen tasks that require immediate attention.
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Previous experience supporting high-profile individuals, public figures, or senior executives is strongly preferred.
- Integrity & Confidentiality:
Proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity, handling private family and business information discreetly and professionally.
- Proactive & Initiative-driven:
Able to independently anticipate and proactively address the needs of the employer and family, demonstrating exceptional initiative in a fast-paced environment.
