Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement and configure AS/400 solutions for clients, including software installation, setup, and testing.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop implementation plans.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clients on AS/400 solutions.
- Act as the first line of support for all issues AS/400 solutions.
- Assist in upgrades and configuration updates as per change requests.
- Perform daily operational checks and maintain support logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the customer’s IT team for troubleshooting, coordination, and reporting.
- Document standard procedures, incidents, resolutions, and updates in a knowledge base.
- Maintain a professional presence onsite, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Bachelor's degree from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AS400/IBMi operations or support.
- Strong understanding of AS400/IBMi administration.
- Experience in Linux-based environments (Ubuntu, RHEL, or CentOS).
- Basic scripting skills (Java, RPG or Cobol).
- Having a good communication and documentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
