Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on sourcing, procurement for pharmaceutical.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier reliability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead vendor management activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Create and manage production plans aligned with inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production capacity to ensure efficient workflow.
- Optimize inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, minimizing stock-outs, and reducing excess inventory.
- Utilize ERP systems to drive procurement planning, inventory control, and reporting.
- Analyze key metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and continually improve supply chain efficiency.
- Lead and mentor team members, driving continuous improvement in procurement and inventory control practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Sourcing and Procurement.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospital supply chains, or medical startups is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier qualification, and contract negotiation within regulated industries.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical/healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Expertise with ERP systems and other supply chain management tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across functions and with external partners.
