- Specialize in the recruitment process, esp. candidate screening & responsible to meet our ambitious hiring target
- Develop guideline & standardization to increase screening quality
- Coordinate closely with the Business & Engineering team to ensure manpower needs
- Strong background, min. 1 year in Recruiting role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong in English, both oral and written
- Committed, self-motivated, & highly driven
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent and ready to go extra miles
- Critical, detailed, and meticulous
