Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Knowledge Base content and Service Articles (guides, procedures, and instructional materials) to ensure clear, accurate, and user-oriented documentation that supports effective use of the company’s products or services.
- Conduct effective content checking of grammar and languages that meet the standard and easy to understand by all stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of the content material in all BINUS Support Channel
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position
- Experience in developing Knowledge Base content and Service Articles, including user guides, step-by-step instructions, workflows, or operational procedures
- Detail-oriented
