As an Trainer, you will:
- Responsible for training and developing the Offline Team: ASM, ASS, Salesman, Team Leaders, and Beauty Advisors (BA).
- Build skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective in-store execution.
- Responsible for training the Online Team: Livestream hosts and Customer Care staff.
- Maintain high performance and productivity of both offline and online teams through structured training programs.
- Experience as a trainer in the beauty/cosmetics, retail, or related industry.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills with high confidence.
- Advanced knowledge in Skincare and Decorative product modules.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team
- Comfortable working with a data-driven approach to make informed decisions.
