PT. United Family is a leading confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and services to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Procurement Raw Material.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for raw materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to forecast material needs.
- Monitor order status to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in budgeting and cost analysis related to raw materials.
- Ensure all procured materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Support new product development by sourcing required raw materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from Industry Engineering & Food Technology.
- Experienced in a Procurement Raw Material position for 1–2 years.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of raw materials.
- Willing to be placed in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
